CADmap™ is a tech tool that helps authorized users convert their cadastral map coordinates to google maps. With this tool, we aspire to resolve a buyer’s challenge to locate a plot of interest. Further, the tool would also assist the financial institutions in calculating the valuation of a land which is proposed for mortgage. 

 

Users can be authorized sellers, bankers, brokers, and developers.

99% of Bhutan is  mountainous and not  captured  by Google Map at all!

Hundreds of listings are posted every month using the cadastral mapping Making it difficult for buyers to locate the exact  Location.

The benefits of CADmap are as follows.
