e-Genja™ is Bhutan’s first and only online property agreement generator to ease land and property transaction processes.  Simply fill up the form and get a property agreement in your email. Currently only the rural and urban land transaction agreement generator is available. Users can also avail Dzongkha translation of the property agreement and it is verified for error-free submission to local authorities and generates seller invoices for sale/purchase.

If the verified Agreement still has typos, property under mortgage and missing clauses error owing to which it is rejected by the local authority (Thromde or Gewog office), the fees shall be refunded within 48 hours of the complaint launched.
